At Swiss Side, we are proud to be the major technical partner of the Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale team, which is equipped with the state-of-the-art Van Rysel RCR-F bikes. Our engineers have worked in close collaboration with Van Rysel to achieve aerodynamic breakthroughs that make the RCR-F a true force on the road.

The result: an aerodynamic saving of over 13 watts compared to the RCR-R. This significant improvement is the result of our relentless research and our uncompromising pursuit of speed. The RCR-F cuts through the air with precision and sets a new benchmark for aero bikes.

Using Swiss Side’s proven development approach, rooted in Formula One motorsport and fine-tuned with yearlong experience in cycling aerodynamics, with profound Computational Fluid Dynamics studies (CFD-simulation), stiffness-to-weight simulations (FE-simulation) as well as wind tunnel testing, it was ensured that all aspects of bike performance were met. With Swiss Side’s promise to deliver real world performance, the Van Rysel XCR was designed having the world's fastest UCI time trialists in mind, whilst in parallel providing an uncompromised platform for a triathlon version.
